are so overrated.
Does anyone actually remember their resolutions at the end of each year? I certainly don't.
That's why I'd like to take you on a trip down memory lane and recap my
Resolutions for 2009:
1. Become a neater person.
Neater=Cleaner. And I think I've improved slightly. Although when I questioned the LG about my progress, he quickly answered, "No." And then said, "Well, maybe you got a little better. But you still need to work on it." Enough said.

2. Take pole-dancing classes with Megan.
Yep. This didn't happen.
3. Finish and sell the house that Florian and I are renovating.

Accomplished.
4. Develop really fine lookin' abs.
Well, you'll be surprised to know that my abs have definitely changed since last year. I now look like the one of the naked ladies in the portraits from the Renaissance.....all round, plump in the belly area, and clearly satisfied with each hearty meal consumed.

(I'm the one in the middle.)
It is said that honesty is the best policy, right?
Well, here I go being honest: When I read my post from last year today, I surprised myself. I was reading each resolution as if I had read it for the first time. And considering I wrote and set those goals, it's pretty pathetic that I had no idea they were even my goals. And it's far more pathetic that I only accomplished one out of four resolutions.
So, do I attempt to set new goals for 2010? Maybe there's a strategy to it. Maybe I should only set one ATTAINABLE goal? Maybe my resolutions should be posted somewhere where I can see them each day so I can remember what I am striving to achieve?
Ohhh...this is all too much for me.
That's why this post is:
to be continued...
