I vow to make this post more positive than yesterdays depressing and disheartening one about my inability to achieve 75% of my resolutions from last year. As far as resolutions, I haven't quite made them yet.This year, the LG and I rang in the New Year at a restaurant with friends:
Happy Birthday, Joe!
Simona: hairstylist and friend.
Sile: Jump on it, ladies. He's single.
Although we all had fun together, compared to last years' crazy bash, this was a total FAIL. Picture this: the first song the LG and I danced to in 2010 was Wild Horses. There was no Auld Lang Syne. Just tooting of horns and some Wild Horses. I hope this is no indication of how 2010 will be... haha.
I'm really looking forward to another great year. 2009 was one of the finest and I'm expecting this year to be better!
I'm already starting this year with:
A new 'do.
(Surprise! This is what I look like without my glasses.)
A favorite drink.
Well, helloooo there, Pomegranate Martini.
A great camera.
And the LG by my side.
Life is good.
