Dear Cleaning Gods,

I need your help. (I think that's the first step of any rehab program.)

I'm addicted to doing my laundry and letting my clean clothes just sit there in a pile that looks just too daunting to even begin to tackle. Folding is so boring...and I am never bored. So this is saying a lot.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen. I am bringing you the truth. And yes, it's ugly.

A pile of clean laundry always looks like it needs to be folded so it can be put away.

At the moment I am staring at 2 piles of clean laundry and wishing I was Mary Poppins.
"Just snap! The job's a game!"

Or I just wish that someone would invent a dryer that automatically spit out folded clothes. And better yet, spit out those clothes and threw them in the correct room/dresser/closet- perfectly unwrinkled. That creation, my friends, would be a masterpiece.

And so, Cleaning Gods, I pray that you invent that masterpiece. Or at least that you give me the strength and desire to walk over to those clothes and do the right thing- throw them in my dresser...er, I mean, fold them.

In the name of cleanliness,
Julia
