This may be TMI, but I'm going there. I'm just warning you.
So, I have a frequent stuffy nose. Especially during AC season, life is just terrible for my little nose. Over the years, I have found a solution: nasal irrigation!! whoot whoot!
Here's how it works: You mix together a solution of salt and warm water and then squeeze
it into one nostril. And presto! The water, along with some boogies (if you're stuffy), comes out the other nostril. Like this:
I know it looks gross (and it is) but I swear by this during cold/flu season and use it as a preventative method, so I don't get sick from the kids.
Please, trust me. Do yourself (and your nose) a favor. Your life will forever be changed. And then...you'll thank me.

If you really have problems, you should get a neti pot! I swear by them and you get even more out b/c it's a little pot full of water running through your nose :)
