(Caution: If you're a Twilight/Kristen Stewart fan, you might hate me after this post. Sorry, I had a difficult time controlling my emotions.)
I finished it.

And I'm still hungry for more.(haha..get it? Hungry?)
This is a strange feeling, since after finishing any book, I CANNOT read one of the same style, or same author, for a long time.
Take Twilight for instance. I read that book before it became popular. It did not take me a day to read it, no it took me like 3 months. Shocker, I know. But in the end, I really liked it. And I set out for the sequel, only to have boredom set in immediately. 25 agonizing pages later, I put the book down, and realized that I had run out of Vampire steam. (Then my dad bought me the third one on my birthday, and I had to pretend smile at the kind gesture.)
I get bored super fast.
Don't hate.
But it seams that Hunger Games has really caught my attention. It's the perfect mix of politics and sci-fi. I never considered myself a lover of anything sci-fi until high-school when my infatuation with novels such as 1984, Brave New World, Ecotopia, and Herland superseded my love for any other genre.
I am a sucker for any dystopia/utopian novel.
Now, please, don't let that genre deter you from reading Hunger Games.
Trust me on this one: it's a total page-turner.
Anywhoo, I'm feeling like an addict. I just can't get enough. So, I'm off to buy the sequel.
...PEE EESSS, Karma is back to bite me in the butt. Guess who will be playing the lead in the movie Hunger Games? Take a wiiiild guess. There's talk that it will be Kristen Stewart. For Pete's Sake is she the only actress out there at the moment?? Arrrgh.
Hope I didn't offend you guys, I'm just not a fan of that girl. Not a fan.
Whatever... just go read Hunger Games! It will not disappoint.
