Secret: I can only listen to books on tape while I drive to work, when my mind is clear and focused. The ride home is another story. I find myself reflecting on the day and thinking intensely about work and my insane life. Same goes for radio. I can only listen to it driving to work. My cluttered brain does not care to listen on my ride home.
Secret: My secret pal at school is really a pal. Today I was presented with a book to read. The Book Thief sounds like it will be a great read!
Secret: I was at work until 6:40pm today.
Secret: I had homemade chili with a giant dollop of sour cream and a hunk of cheddar cheese for dinner. Because who's counting calories? And an ice cold ML HighLife to wash it all down. How appropriate for a crazy week like this one.
Secret: I don't even like beer.
Secret: It's Mischief Night and I'm scared for my car. I'm nervous that the crazies in my city are going to egg my car, leaving stains on my cloth convertible top. I can already hear them running through the streets.
Secret: I don't have a Halloween costume yet.
Secret: I downloaded Enya for relaxation purposes. Is that strange?
Secret: I have an overdue library book from August 2008. And I am afraid to go to the library to return it for fear that I will be reprimanded and asked about my profession, to which I will shamefully answer, "Teacher." All heads will turn in shock and horror and mortification will settle in. And I will return to the library never again.
Secret: My favorite subject to teach is Writing, hands down.
Secret: On this lovely, cozy, Friday night, I plan on reading by the soft glow of my Halloween lights. No happy hour for this chica. That's because Halloween parties and assessment scoring unfortunately lead to early slumber.

Thanks for your comment!!! Driving to work is nice and relaxing, specially if you are on time and there's no traffic. Driving from work... sometimes more stressful thatn work actually.
