Just in case you are curious about my life, (because I know you are) the problem with my kitchen and bathroom are solved. That's right. Just like that.

No, nothing has been fixed yet...AND I am still cooking without a ceiling. (FYI: I feel like a Pilgrim. Except that Pilgrims had ceilings. But I'm sure you could see through the hay. Whatevs.)

HOWEVER...I have received a check from my insurance company totaling MORE than I ever thought they would give me.

Please shift my social economic status from pathetically poor to ridiculously wealthy.

Life is grand.

And now, all that I need to do is go shopping.
