After reading Brooke's latest post, and drooling over her super hotttt new bod, I decided that (cue piano music: dun dun dun dunnnn...) it's time for a new (and smaller) me.
I'd like to whittle my waist, blast the buns, strengthen the thighs, and feel better about myself!
Brooke lost 20 pounds...WHOOP!! WHOOP!! And I think I can do it too! (I just can't lose 20 lbs, or else I'll lose two things that the LG appreciates. And anyway, I like my two boogers.)

So here's what I did. I read Brooke's post. And literally 5 minutes later, she convinced me to order The 30 Day Shred.

I also ordered another dvd, centered mostly on abs (that's where the flab lies). Amazon.com will come to the rescue on Friday (hopefully, if no one steals it off of my front steps...
you just never know in my neighborhood.) and that's when I'll begin (cue piano music again: dun dun dun dunnnnnn....dun dun dun dunnnnnn...) THE PLAN. It may look so
mething like this:
4 days a week of Jillian Micheals (The Shred)
3 days a week of other video
I'd like to start taking a cycling class at the gym, if I can stand it, once a week.
As far as eating goes...that's where things get a little blurry with me, as I cannot seem to step away from the desserts. Nutella is my nemesis (and my number one biggest love. it's the truth.)

Oh sweet jar of nutella. I just want to smell your sweet hazelnutty smell, scoop you out with a big spoon, and slowly lick it clean.
It's just how I feel, k?
And the LG is ALWAYS craving something sweet, and he can't be the only one eating a piece of cheesecake topped with strawberries, leaving hungry little me salivating, can he??
Um. Absolutely not.
And that's why I'm just going to keep eating. Seriously. I'm not swearing off sweets. It's not possible. But, I'll cut back and take small bites, and eat smaller portions.
My current exercise routine is non-existent at the moment, so any kind of exercise will lead to success. I'm certain of this.
The rest of my diet will include more fruits, veggies and fish.
I'm talking starting each day with a healthy fruit shake made from yogurt, almond milk, fruit and flax seed. (and maybe some nutella or peanut butter- cause now, now, it can't be too healthy)
My lunch will be fresh veggies (like carrots) with PB. and maybe some yogurt or a homemade salad...
And dinners will consist of pasta or fish.
And in the end, this will be me:

So stay tuned, folks.
I'll keep you posted on my progress.
And now that I've gone public with THE PLAN...
there's no holding back.
