Six Senses Saturday

Julia, over at The World is My Oyster, started a new meme and I'd thought I'd join in! Really, how can I not, since she and I share the same name. I always feel a connection to anyone with the fabulous and fierce name of Julia. I think that all Julia's are probably seriously awesome. If they're anything like me---(heeheehee) Anywhoo...

Right now I'm

Tasting:

My bad breath! I forgot to eat dinner and now I'm going to pick at whatever it is that I find in my kitch cabinets.

Smelling:

The fresh scent of a clean house. I'm not much of a clean-er. But we're having brunch at our house tomorrow, so a clean house is necessary.

Seeing:

My brand new....backsplash! Whoot whoot! We didn't have a backsplash in our kitchen and the LG and I bought some great tiles and he finished installing them today!

Hearing:

The sound of my refrigerator running and my tummy grumbling.

Touching:

My crepe batter! Every meal deserves dessert, so I'm pre-making the crepe batter for our brunch get together.

Feeling:

A tad bit tired. And a whole lot sore. I tried a new workout yesterday, courtesy of friend and co-worker, Kathy. I don't think I have ever felt this much pain in my love handles and lower back. Soon, the LG won't have any handles to hold on to. And that's okay by me.
