Practicality or Liveitup-ness?

That's the question I posted on my Facebook page.

Over the past few months, my car has been telling me that it's going to need some major repairs- and soon.  To avoid this, I am contemplating buying a car.  Something newer, with less miles, and definitely a convertible. Definitely.  After looking online, the LG found some pretty good deals for me. And so, today, we searched all over PA for a hot car- and I found a car that exceeded my expectations.  It is sleek, small, sporty, and fun.  It's a two seater convertible, which we test drove, music blasting, crazy smiles on our faces, hair blowing in the wind.  And Florian, eyes sparkling, kept referring to it as a shark.  I left the dealership, thinking.. Did I make the right choice by walking away? Should I go back to get it?  Practical, it's not.  But sexy, it is.   Do I do the safe thing and buy something that seats more than two people?  Or do I act a little crazy and buy something that I truly will enjoy?

Here are my current thoughts: I'll be 26 this year.  Why bother being practical?  Why not live it up a little bit and buy a fast machine??
