Arthur: Yesterday, on our field trip, you told us you felt like a grown up! You said that grown ups eat at buffets and get to watch plays in a fancy theater.
Me: I did feel like a grown up.
Arthur: But you ARE a grown up, silly!
Cue entire class laughing, "How old are you anyway?" and "Duh! You are a grown up!"

Very cute! One of my kids told me he felt like an adult because he got to eat at the buffet ;o)
